GIAN CARLO COCCO
His more than 40-year professional career was first as a business executive, then as an entrepreneur in the field of human resource development, training and business organization services, and as a lecturer in prestigious Management Training Schools.
He is president of Time to Mind SA and coordinates neuroscience consulting, development, training and application projects for multinational companies.
He is a lecturer in the faculty of economics at the Italian Telematic University e-Campus of the courses:
Managerial Intelligences and Economics of Human Capital.
He has written more than twenty-five books on management (including “Neuromanagement,” “Life Management,” and “Governing the Enterprise with Human Capital” published by Franco Angeli).
His penultimate book is “Time to Mind. Speed and Effectiveness of Learning: the New Competitive Advantage of Enterprises and Individuals” – FrancoAngeli, which organically brings together the purpose and all the application content of the Time to Mind platform.

ALBERTO BUBBIO
Doctor of Business Administration and head of the courses Programming and Control and Managerial Accounting Systems (Business Performance Measurement), at Cattaneo-LIUC University (Castellanza, VA). He was a lecturer of the Administration and Control area at the Bocconi University School of Business Management where he also coordinated some General Management courses (Biennial Evening Course -Executive
Mba and GMP – General Management Program). Also at the same Milanese university, he was a lecturer in Industrial Accounting (Costs and Business Decisions) for more than 15 years. He is a founding partner and still a partner of Dimensione Controllo srl, a management consulting firm. He graduated in 1978 from Bocconi University with a degree in Business Administration and furthered his studies at Harvard Business School (Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA,1985).
GIOVANNI COSTA
Giovanni Costa is professor emeritus of Business Strategy and Business Organization at the University of Padua. He has taught at Ca’ Foscari, Sda Bocconi, Cuoa in Vicenza, Essec in Paris (visiting professor) and has been Pro-rector delegate for Relations with Business and Financial Institutions at the University of Padua. He has done management consulting and held governance positions in banks, industrial companies and institutions. He is the author of numerous management books including “Human Resources. People, Relationships, Value” with Martina Gianecchini (4th ed., McGraw-Hill 2019) and “Business Organization. Markets, Hierarchies, Conventions” with Paolo Gubitta and Daniel Pittino (4th ed., McGraw-Hill 2021).
ANDREA MARTONE
Professor of business organization at Cattaneo University and MIB Professor at the Catholic University of Lille.
He is “Director of Research and Studies” for von Rundstedt where he studies the labor market in Switzerland in depth. He has participated in numerous consulting and training projects in the field of personnel organization and management.
He has written numerous publications including: Personnel selection
(2003), Personnel budgeting (2005), Employment branding (2008) and Virtual Teams (2019).
He is a member of the editorial board of the journal Development and Organization.
