The platform offers the 23 soft skills by professional, the 4 soft skills by subject, the 7 essential skills for youth, and the 10 soft skills profiles by sector and activity. Having chosen the path of personal interest, depending on whether it is for oneself or for one’s organization, one takes the online questionnaires that repeat the same structure as the example cited above with the description of the skill, the 3 typical moments of the skill with 5 questions for each moment and 5 answers considered most effective for each question.
The novelty and exclusivity of Time to Mind lies in the quick, simple and inexpensive application of a path that, carried out in the traditional way, can sometimes be cumbersome and is always highly dependent, in method, seriousness and results on the professional(s) with whom one is dealing.
