The Time to Mind Skills Questionnaires are based on a simple question-and-answer mechanism when filling out.

Time to Mind’s technology platform makes it possible to carry out remotely (i.e., from any device, located anywhere, with an active Internet connection) a real Assessment that can provide compilers and principals with a profile of the expression of the chosen behaviors (at a positive level, adequate or to be improved), a fundamental managerial compass for gaining awareness of key capabilities (soft skills) and being able to define a targeted improvement plan.

The platform has been very carefully constructed and virtually reproduces as best as possible typical organizational case histories through a brief description of the situation in which the behaviors to be screened, or to address which a response or solution mode is required, are illustrated.

The platform is the only one in the world to translate into digital code the Assessment methodology to reconstruct the organizational reality carried out with in-person simulations (decisions to be made, resources to be allocated, problems to be solved, answers to be provided, etc.), while the online Behavioral Questionnaires can be called meta-simulations that of simulations maintain the eff cacy and high similarity to the lived experience.
