Starting with the emerging profile
Profile as a starting point for improvement
From the completion of the Assessments, a profile of the participant always emerges in relation to the skill or skills covered by the Assessment.
To view it, simply click, in your personal area (login as a participant), under the type of Assessment made, on “View Profile.”

The resulting profile will contain:
- The generic description of the capability or capabilities covered by the Assessment
- The placement of the ability(s) in the correct brain area
- The capacity structure, to understand the method by which the Questionnaire was designed
- The expression scale, used to correctly read the results
- The detailed results on the 3 moments for each capacity
- The summary of results for all skills covered by the Assessment and their distribution in the various brain areas
Now that you have viewed the capability’s profile, you can figure out whether the capability is strategic for you, perhaps compared to other capabilities you have activated (or have had activated) from the client panel. Go to the next page to find out how to define “to be improved” or “strategic” a capability.
